In border and coastal defense areas, drones may be used for a variety of illegal purposes. Overseas forces may utilize drones to conduct cross-border reconnaissance, spying on intelligence information such as the layout of our coastal military facilities, the situation of troop movements, and the operation status of important ports. It is also possible that smuggling gangs attempt to use drones to carry out illegal transportation of goods in concealed coastal areas. Even terrorist organizations may try to launch attacks on key targets in our border and coastal defense areas by manipulating drones carrying improvised explosive devices, threatening the security of the border and the lives and property of coastal residents.
